Conditions of Sale

• All accepted quotes are to be in writing and once confirmed the order is consider firm.
• Personalised or speciality products that have been requested, must be paid for in advance.  
• Hampers requiring postage, will need to be paid in full prior to being posted. 
• Balloons or Hampers containing alcohol cannot be sold or left with any persons under the age of 18. 

Cancellation of Orders

• Cancellations must be in writing.
• Personalised products or speciality products will not be refunded. Goods will be provided. 
• Cancellations will not be accepted on the day of delivery. 

Product Information

• We ensure the highest quality care is taken in making your products. Once delivered or collected,  Stuffed Balloon and Hamper Creations will not take responsibility for any damage or deflation of the product. 
• Balloon and/or hampers will not be left unattended or with children under the age of 18.
• Colours may vary slightly to images seen on the website of Facebook.  
• Stuffed Balloon and Hamper Creations cannot take responsibility for any damage to goods if posted.  Stuffed Balloon and Hamper Creations highly recommends the purchase of insurance when posting.
